Even therapists need to relax. With a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, the love for baking has always existed. I'm currently enrolled in pastry school to take my passion to the next level. Baking became a form of stress release from the troubles of the world and the unknown each day would bring. This form of relaxation helped formulate the concept of Sugar Therapy.
Therapist, baker, food photographer, wife, mother... as you can see I wear many hats. The one thing about my roles that stays consistent is soul. I strive to be the best by giving life to each role. It is emotional and spiritual because I love seeing a smile on someone's face. And if it was something that I did, it is even more rewarding.
